What is HTM71?

HTM71 is a Health Technical Memorandum first published by the NHS in 1998. It is one of a series of documents that aim to standardise building components in health buildings and make them as efficient as possible. HTM71 focuses on materials management modular storage and sets out the principles and the design of the system.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping and payment information to complete the order. Do you offer free samples?

We offer a sample pack through our online shop, if you would like a sample of a specific product we can arrange this. Please use the contact us page to drop us a message with your request

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to take back any unopened goods up to 14 days after delivery. There will be a 20% restocking fee and you must pay for the goods to be returned

How do I start a return?

Do you offer collection?

Yes! We are more than happy for you to drop by and collect, please get in touch if you would like to arrange this

Which delivery service do you use?

This will depend on the size of the order but typically we will use Royal Mail, DX or one of our own vehicles for deliveries

When will my order arrive?

We try and stock all products but occasionally we run out, all goods in stock will be despatched within 72 hours, anything that is out of stock we will contact you with a delivery date

Do you ship overseas?

We most certainly do! Please contact us for a quotation if you are looking to order from outside of the UK

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal. We also accept payment via BACS transfer if you would prefer. Please get in touch for our BACS details if this is your preferred method
